Don’t want your skin to look like the cover of the necronomicon at 60? Better use some kind of moisturizer after their gym/shower. I’ve never cared for greasy lotions, or oily stuff, but this goes on smooth and clean. Almost like it forms a thin wax barrier. Although it doesn’t feel waxy to me.This is a quality Shea butter, and one jar lasts me about 6 months or more. Find a fragrance you like, and do your skin a favor.

I loved this product except it doesn't go very far so it doesn't last long.

I have loved this product for years. Its availability is not always great, so I use it very sparingly. My previous tub lasted for 4 years and (I still have a little bit left) NEVER went rancid. This was a splurge for me as the budget doesn't allow for frivolous spending these days. I just picked up a new job and decided to get this product. It usually never goes bad and lasts forever so the high price at the beginning isn't so bad. I really almost cried when I opened it and smelled it yesterday. I know...silly first world problems. Rancid nasty mess. Do not buy this. No wonder it's not returnable. They know it's bad.

I love this product and order all the time, but this last order's texture was not the same. It was gritty and didn't melt without little flecks that would not dissolve. I think I received one that was getting old. Its it is usually smooth, thick, and creamy. I still love this product immensely and hopefully my next order won't disappoint.

This is absolutely my favorite Nubian Heritage product!!!Unfortunately, the product they sent to me was expired by almost 8 months ! EXP: 04/27/19 LOT: 68835Typically the best smelling Patchouli & Buriti Shea Butter on the planet with a long shelf life. However, when it’s already expired, the scent has dissipated dramatically and therefore has lost its yummy spell. Be careful of expired lots!!It’s probably a fluke that I got an expired lot but it will not deter me from ordering again.

The smell was aweful to me,the overall moisturizer was very good,just the smell isn’t appealing

I bought two of these at the same time. The first one was lovely. The second one I took on a trip, unopened. When I got to my destination I opened the jar to use, and it was granulated. Like a salt rub. Something is wrong with it. Is it ok to use the Shea butter in this condition? I don’t mind the texture, as long as it is still ok for my skin. Please let me know what is going on.
