Great premium diaper
I would like to start off with these diapers are wonderful. As a person that needs to wear diapers due to blunt force trauma, and the fact that I became a DL as we are called, these diapers suit both requirements. first off they are plastic backed so they do crinkle but not very loud though, I never been a fan of the cloth backed diapers, they just feel damp on the outside and I worry about oder. As far as fit goes, they are true to size, I have a 36 inch waist and the mediums fit perfect, the leg openings are snug but not so tight they dig in the skin. the leak barriers are nice and tall giving a feel of not wanting to leak giving a peace of mind. I must say they feel very comfortable the padding is nice and thick and wraps around my butt, and while I only have urinary incontinence I feel they would be quite good for those with bowel problems. the crotch is nice and wide and if filled full can make you waddle. And speaking of filled these really hold alot, they can deal with a heavy flood with ease. One thing of note is they swell alot the front does puff up alot making your front a bit obvious but for me I dont have a issue with that. Also the padding wicks moisture really well keeping your skin dry. One thing I would have liked to see is a elastic on the front and back, but I have not leaked in bed and I roll around alot while sleeping, I think them riding high on my waist and the tall full padding fix the issue of night time leaks. Speaking of the padding, these for sure do give give you a "diaper butt" but as a DL I like that part, on that aspect they are in many ways like old school baby diapers. For the amount they can hold, they hold ALOT so much so they do get quite heavy to the point they do sag but never so loose they will leak around the legs. I am able to wear these 12 hours with no problems, which does save money not having to change to many times a day so the value is great, plus it is not easy for me to find time or a place to change. On the part of then getting heavy, the tapes hold up great so I wont worry about them popping, also they are a dual tape system so if need be you can take them off one time and or refit them if you dont get right on the first try. All in all I really pleased with these, comfortable nicely padded, crinkle letting you know you have a diaper on but not to loud. I really cant recommend these enough. I hope this review is helpful for those choosing a quality diaper.

Exceptional Comfort and Protection
The Abena Abri-Form Comfort Plastic-Backed Briefs are hands down one of the best products in their category. The Level 4 absorbency provides *outstanding protection*, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the day and night. The fit is perfect—secure yet comfortable, with a design that adjusts well to medium and large sizes. The plastic backing ensures no leaks, and it feels durable without being bulky or noisy. Plus, the material is gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended wear. A 42-count pack is excellent value, especially for such a high-quality product. If you’re looking for reliability, comfort, and superior absorbency, this is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Good Product And A Staple
The Abena M4 has been around forever with it's iconic look. These are good adult diapers with a few flaws that you may be able to be overlook for what you get. They have changed a bit over the years and aren't quite as affordable or good as they used to be but are still pretty good overall. Performance: These diapers work well. These are plastic backed with a high absorption and protection level. They hold a good amount without leaks. You could easily wear them day or night without too much issue. They aren't the most discreet diaper once wet but not overly bulky either. Unfortunately they lack an elastic waistband. They leak guards are decent and work well. They do seem to have a tad bit of an issue with clumping if worn for extended periods when wet and do sag a bit. You can always wear some tight fitting underwear over them to hold them in place if need be. Nothing to bad to write home about though. The tapes are probably the biggest con to these. Sometimes they rip off when trying to fasten them. They adhesive does it's job in most cases though. It seems to be a quality control issue more than anything. You may want to take your time when putting them on to ensure a good fit. The tapes can only be adjusted one time after you initially tape them but you really won't have to adjust them after you put the diaper on. They wick well and hold plenty of volume for extended wear so you won't have to be changing them very frequently. They are comfortable when wet for the most part. The crinkle is there but minimal. They do have their iconic wetness indicators which work quite well. The plastic is soft and comfortable. Shipping: Shipping was quick and discreet as these can be shipped to an Amazon locker. No issues here. Conclusion: Overall, these are really good diapers and I would still recommend them given their few drawbacks and current price. The design had been a staple for years as the look hasn't changed much.

Haven't tried these before. Great value and love the plastic on them. Only downfall is that once they're taped on the tapes aren't repositionable without tearing the diaper.

this product is by far the best out there in the industry. it is PE backed meaning it has the plasticky texture, not the cloth-like backing common with almost every other brand. these are very very thick, durable, and hold plenty, enough for roughly 12 hours. they might be a bit bulky to hide especially when full & swollen.

Good fitting Adult Nappies they are very absorbent but the level of absorbency these Nappies have means they are rather bulky but this should not be a problem with the right clothing with this Nappy I would recommend wearing a onesie to hold it in place and also because this makes it a bit more discrete and also helps with changing it is worth noting that this Nappy is plastic backed
