Do these have that stupid tag on the napkin?

Yes, and they're a pain to remove. They don't tear out easily and in fact, trying to tear them out, I ended up tearing out the seam in two of them. I then tried cutting them out, but couldn't get close enough to the seam, so part of the white tag still shows.

The title says linen, but the description says polycotton. What is polycotton? How much linen is in this product?

This is so frustrating. The listing for the multicolor clearly lists it as being linen AND polycotton (polyester cotton) blend. How hard is this

are these napkins permanent press?

I bought 12 of these napkins and have washed several times. I do iron them just to get a nice crease but you definitely do not have to iron them.. They come out of the wash and dryer unwrinkled....so I would say yes to your question.

Will these fit into a napkin ring?

They fit into my napkin rings. I am currently making flowers out of the napkins using the "twisting stems" that I bought. The napkin flowers are gorgeous!
