Great product but I guess I didn’t realize these were so teensy.

The flour is awesome, and I don’t know that I would ever go back to any other type. I suppose I should’ve read the description a little bit more carefully because I got a little surprise when these two tiny packages arrived. I’ll watch a little bit more carefully in the future, but it’s still worked just as good as a big package.

King Arthur is a good product, dependable. But.....the size of packaging is ridiculous. For less than half the price, you can get 2 5# bags of Amazon Bread Flour. Some of us don't have money to throw around and I feel like KA is just in it for the money. Disappointing. Do better.

I didn’t pay attention to the size of these bags. I thought I received 1/2 of my order … flour itself is great! Just a bit pricy.

I love King Arthur. My pastries and loaves of bread are always perfect! Just wished it was sold in Canada. I recommend all their products. They will not disappoint you.

King Arthur organic bread flour makes great bread. Nice rise during the yeast proofing. Bakes a great loaf of bread. I like the King Arthur bread. Flavor. We like to grind rosemary and basil herbs in our Mortar & Pestle and put it in the watery bowl in the very beginning. It’s nice to get all the flavors mixed up in the water before the 1st proofing. King Arthur bread flour is the best bread flour I have found!!
