Q: Is there any power benefit for going 240v such as more CFM?

More CFM? No, but there is a side benefit associated with 240V operation: less extraneous power loss in the motor windings, creating less heat, and in theory, extending the motor life over its brother 120V motor.

Q: i don't see a drain valve. how does it drain?

My drain valve is on the very bottom of the tank

Q: Where is this product made?

Says right on the box, "Made in China". Which was a big disappointment to me.

Q: My air compressor has stopped working how do I get warrantied

Your guess is good as mine. I purchased this compressor in 2015. Called George in customer service. I was told to take the heads off and, I explained to George, there was so many foreign bodies of metal and crap. I have used the compressor to air tires and clean chain on bicycles. The tank would not hold air, motor never shut off. For the next 2 years, I provided hospice care to my mother and father in law plus I broke my back. My complaint about the possibility of working with George on getting it replaced fell on deaf ears because now the defective compressor is out of warranty. I'm going to be a reasonable person here, you know George, sometimes life is a priority over a defective product and worthless warranty. I now have a 120# paper weight.
