Does it work with streamlight tlr 1 hl?

If you modify it . I had to drill out all rivets and used GUNGUY GEAR adjustable spacers. Works ok now . You get what you pay for but with a little extra work it's worth it.

Is there a place to buy replacement screws for it? I lost the screws for the belt loops.

Yes. They can even be replaced at a good hardware store. Blue Loctite is your friend
