I absolutely love my Happy Light. In the morning I work on my side business where I sit with the happy light about 12-16 inches from me without any other lights on for about an hour. The first time I turned it on I was like, wow this is super bright; however now it doesn't phase me at all. I love that it comes with a stand as well as can hand from the wall. Get value for the money. During these winter month it does seem to help kick start my day with the Happy Light. I have no eye discomfort from using it. Looks great and functions for its purchase. I have recommended the Happy Light to my family and coworkers! Definitely worth it to use first thing in the morning.

I got this for my desk to help with a circadian rhythm issue, but then realized I don't have enough outlets by my desk to use this while I work, so I use it by my bed to help me wake up in the morning and have purchased the smaller USB version for my desk. When my alarm goes off, I switch this on and just bask in its glow until I feel ready to get up, which only takes about 5 minutes. So far it's helping!

Concerned about the lack of vitamin D I would inevitably face, my doctor suggested incorporating a Light Therapy Lamp into my daily routine. Skeptical yet hopeful, I decided to give it a try, alongside my regimen of vitamins.It has only been a month since I started using the Light Therapy Lamp, but I am already noticing promising results. Unlike my previous stint on the graveyard shift, which left me feeling drained and depleted, I am experiencing a marked improvement in my overall well-being. Despite being older than I was during my last graveyard shift experience, I find myself feeling better and more energized than before.The Light Therapy Lamp has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. I simply turn it on as I go about my work tasks in the bathroom, allowing its gentle glow to envelop me. While it's too early to provide definitive results, I have noticed subtle shifts in my mood and energy levels, which I attribute to the therapeutic benefits of the light.One of the aspects I appreciate most about the Light Therapy Lamp is its simplicity and convenience. Its compact design and adjustable settings make it easy to use in any space, whether at home or in the workplace. So greatful for this! My job requires me to be up at 4 or 5 AM :( I am NOT a morning person and always feel like im dying. I set this light up right in front of me to the left of my laptop while I go over my schedule and patient list for the day. This along with coffee has helped me so much for my morning shifts XD It has a solid build, good brightness settings, great longevity, and superb light quality! I tested it compared to my old happy lamp and it is at least twice as bright as the other one. I think the price for the quality is absolutely amazing!

The Happy Light works well for me because of its size, touch control and levels of brightness. It’s easy to adjust the brightness (lower right button of concentric half-circles) but I was advised by my doctor to use the brightest setting of 10,000 Lux for maximum benefit for my needs. The highest setting is very bright (!) but it is easy to position the light a little farther away and still get the benefits. The timer function (lower left corner button that looks like a clock) takes a few tries to get right but the instructions in the User’s Guide are helpful. The plug measures 2.25”L x 1.5”W x 1.25” Thick not including the power prongs (see picture). Not terribly bulky but you’ll need enough room on your wall sockets to plug it in. Cord is long at 68” (5ft 8 in).

Great product I keep it on my desk and use it when I sit down to work. Definitely has helped fix my mood and been a great addition to helping me wake up.For reference I don't go outside and I have depression & anxiety.
