Absolutely love this. It's easy to use (just mix the paste with some broth). I like to put it in the crock pot with a big hunk of pork and let it simmer all day on low. To die for! Such depth of flavor! Definitely will buy more. We also liked the same brand mole coloradito, but can't find it now.

The mole is very thick and yummy. Water or other liquid needs to be added to make it thin enough to use.

Got on the company website to learn how to use this mole. This mole is serious good. Used it on some poached boneless chicken thighs and it was spectacular along with yellow Spanish rice. Half of the jar covers 6 thighs. Will definitely order again.

This product has truly excellent taste! That includes a pleasant spiciness. When the time comes, I will buy this again without hesitation.
