Decent product
I was looking for tremolo 'on a budget', and I found it with this product. The rest of my pedal board is all-Behringer, and the Behringer Tremolo cost $56. But my guitar amp (Mesa Blue Angel) has reverb but no built-in tremolo. And I only need tremolo for 1-2 songs in my rockabilly band. For under $20, you can't argue with the results here --it's a METAL chassis. The bypass footswitch is solid (--it says "true bypass," whatever that means!). The Rate and Intensity controls work as you'd expect. But the one really nice thing (that i wasn't expecting) is that the LED light flashes to tell you the frequency rate of the tremolo (not simply 'on' or 'off'). I'm 100% satisfied with this item. I usually try to "buy American", but for under $20, metal chassis, solid on/off switch, pulsating 'rate' LED --China has produced an impressive product. Buy it!

Listen up
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. It looked cool and some reviews said it was an OCD clone. I've never used an OCD but have heard it and loved the tone but that was the OCD going into a tube amp , an very expensive and loud tube amp . I don't have that type of setup . I checked out video reviews after I ordered it and something caught my ear. What caught my ear was a sort of nasty Mick Mars tone from Motley Crue Shout At The Devil. I quickly found that tone. It's not exactly like Mick Mars but in the ball park. I dialed the tone all the way up , the toggle switch on high , the gain all the way up and the lever in the middle. I got a really good tone and surprisingly heavy . This pedal gets you into heavy metal range for sure but more of a doom metal tone. I added an EQ pedal to the end of my chain also and it's sounds even more refined and a little heavier yet a little less dark. As a side note a EQ pedal at the end or near the end of you pedal chain will dramatically help your tone, ads gain and clarity. This is a dark sounding pedal for sure, the way I'm using it. I know I'm not using it like most of the other reviewers are and what this pedal can do far exceeds the description as far as the range of tones achievable with this pedal . It's great. I play metal , punk , grunge and my own stuff. It's a blast. Great pedal even if it were $100.

Fine, cheap delay pedal but...
... the pedal I got works perfectly fine but the faceplate was drilled and mounted upside down! I guess it thought it was a reverse delay. Honestly not even worth a return since the controls are straight forward and there isn't much to the design of the case but some writing. I don't expect QC perfection out of a $20 pedal line. It's a decent delay that doesn't seem to color the sound too much or mess with the volume when engaged. Clean and simple.

Edit: Developed an issue.
I've used this pedal intermittently now for a while, and suddenly it developed an issue where the delayed audio volume can't be turned down as much. It is much louder than it should be when turned down all the way. Very distracting. I'm going to have to get into it and see what's up. I'm adjusting my stars appropriately. Now for the original review...I'm a huge delay fan. Always have been. I've had some of the best delay pedals ever made, and a lot of delay pedals that weren't so good. Analog IC, digital, tape...you name it. Even designed and built some of my own in what seems a lifetime ago. I can honestly say that, in my experience, this pedal isn't too bad. Is it fantastic? Nope. Is it great? Is it special? No. Does it create some kind of voodoo that makes you sound like SRV? Nope. Is it usable and non-offensive to the ear? Yes!It seems to have a decent buffer on the front end, and doesn't have any kind of modulation effect to it that I can tell. The delay is clean and worthy, so I give it a solid "C" in grade. YMMV.

Great Value In A Delay Pedal
I didn't expect much in the way of quality with this delay pedal, but I was surprised after I received it. The only possible drawbacks might be for some is that you cannot power it with batteries and if the repeats are set too high it can slip into an infinite repeat and also generate some nasty noise which some may actually like. . But other than that it's metal case is well made and the controls do quite a bit to give you a lot of options and control. The output has a lot of depth and clarity and the delays can make it sound like 2 or 3 guitars are playing if you learn how to keep from playing too many notes at one time. It should work well for any instrument and I think it would make a great gift. I am so impressed I am going to see what else the company offers as I assume I will see the same quality at a great price. (I received no compensation or consideration for this review.]

Hoping to get this resolved..
At the moment a 1 star will do. Bought pedal as a spare, and didn't use it for a bit. Still in original box and when I went to use it, it did not work. Contacted seller and was told that if it sits too long it can possibly not work. Asked for replacement or refund. So far neither, will give updates???😕Update... Seriously not a good company to order from. Sent me defective product, asked for replacement or refund and getting the runaround about it being older order so it's not eligible. I find this disturbing, considering I didn't even get to use it. I offered to exchange for a new one, still same runaround. Simple replacement of this $5 Chinese pedal would fix this, but they just are not good at customer service... DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER... DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT SELLING GARBAGE AND WONT RECTIFY A SIMPLE PROBLEM..SHAME, SHAME, SHAME....

Not much effect
It barely did anything. Hardly any “phase” at all. Better options available at this price I’m sure.

Great value, analog sound, quiet operation
Sounds so similar to two 80’s analog delay pedals I own that it’s near impossible to tell which pedal is engaged. Fantastic value for the money.
