Q: Is there any manual to this. I hooked everything up but nothing is working. I get a red flashing ligbt but how can i tell everytbing is setup right

No manual. If you have it all correctly wired with rx and receiver, it should work

Q: Is there a program card available for this

I haven't found one, lmk if you do

Q: Is that a Tamiya or Mini Tamiya plug?

Big tamiya, they do not run 12v. They lied

Q: which leads go to motor and which two to battery?

The two leads that are connected together in the plastic housing go to your battery and then the separated red and black wires (the ones with the crimp on connection) go to the motor
