Our ENT specialist recommended that we, the adults in the house, use this instead of Flonase because it creates a finer mist and is less likely to cause side effects. It works just as well as Flonase and made by the same company. Check with your doctor. We like it better.

Well, what can I say, I am very fond on properly breathing. This helps me breathe. Does it make my nose bleed a little when I blow my nose? Yes it does. Can I properly and freely breathe? Yes, yes I can. You can’t have the cake and eat it too people! I choose breathing thank you every much!

So I got two, and I have no idea how long I was using the first one even though it had run out of product as there is no way to tell when it’s empty! The extremely fine mist is not noticeable when you spray into nose so empty feels just like full. I wish they would fix that. But when it’s full it does help keep my nose clear but I don’t think it lasts very long thus the 3 stars for value.
