The seats work great in our wet outdoor Oregon Coast environment. The photo shown in the description has very little resemblance to what we received. Thankfully we knew that the picture was bogus before ordering. We got exactly what we wanted. 2 of a 3/4" thick seat that is small enough to fit into a day pack or may be worn around the waist. Warms up quickly & keeps us dry on creekside picnics :)
