Tastes good, helps hair and nails
My doctor recommended this when I lost part of my fingernail. It grew back quickly. It has made a difference with hair loss.

Updated the taste? Because they are actually tasty! Also fixing Histamine/rash/food DAO issues.
About the size of a dime, I just ordered more bottles so my family can start taking these. I get stomach cramps with other B Vitamin brands, even the liquid ones, but these chewables give me zero bad effects. I've noticed my complete lack of energy has been taken over most days by energy that has me running errands after work with the energy I remember having at half my age.I also have lifelong histamine issues, possibly Histamine Intolerance. You need DAO in your stomach and if you are lacking B6, you can't get adequate DAO. These past few weeks taking this supplement, I have noticed a complete change in my skin itching, my skin's texture, rashes disappearing which is all blowing my mind, my digestion changed, my food intolerances went way down, even my nervous system has completely calmed down (all of these things are connected so maybe it shouldn't be so surprising). Time will tell if this continues. I'm in complete awe with it all so far.

Vitamin
These are very hard, for some thing that is supposed to be chewable one would think that they would be easier to chew. I guess they do the job. They are large so you cannot swallow them whole. They taste like a vitamin tastes.

Best Chewable B Vitamin!
My Endocrinologist had me doing B12 injections for very low (pernicious anemia level) B12. My numbers went up slightly the first month after poking myself too many times for my liking in the belly. The next month, I did some research and determined that in order to properly assimilate the B12--I needed Folic Acid. I couldn't really find a chewable that was just Folic, so I settled for this one and stopped doing my injections. I wanted to avoid swalowing a B vitamin because they tend to upset my stomach terribly.Boy am I glad that I did! The next month's labs--I was up well into the normal range and all of my strange symptoms (hot spots, painful spots and dragging feet) had disappeared. B vitamins have a very quick half life in your systom--so I make sure to get my refills on time so that I don't run out. Two days without mine and I go right back to being miserable. I highly recommend this chewable to anyone needing to boost their B12. I have also noticed that I do not retain as much fluid because B6 is a natural diuretic and helpful for flushing out oxalates from your urine--if you're someone who makes oxalate kidney stones.

It's chewable
I know now, I don't like chewable vitamins flavors ok, but I just didn't feel much difference. Like I have with pill or liquid usually it makes me want to get busy, but not with this. It just maybe my body chemistry with this one. Cause I generally like their products.

My go-to brand for supplements
I love Bluebonnet and have always taken a similar supplement that just contains B12 and Folic Acid, but I started ordering these instead since they also contain B6. My other ones are also Raspberry flavor, however something about the B6 changes the flavor. I don't think they are quite as bad as everyone claims though. They are a bit more tart, though still sweet, with a mildly bitter after taste. I just took one right now to remind myself and between chewing and swallowing it was down in about 3 seconds. Take a sip of water and any flavor is gone. People are being way too dramatic about it.The pills themselves are larger than my other Bluebonnet supplement. These are about the diameter of a dime, and the thickness of about 3 dimes stacked on top of each other.

Best tasting B vitamins I've tried
We are vegetarian and have been advised by our doctor to take supplemental B vitamins. We've used different types for years, usually the kind you swallow whole, which often leave a distinctive taste in your mouth for awhile afterwards and which can feel funny on an empty stomach. These are smaller and lower dose, but they have a decent flavor, which is key, since they're meant to be chewed. They are much less chalky than the other chewable B vitamins we've tried, even those by the same manufacturers. They are also the only vitamin my daughter takes and doesn't argue about beforehand, for that non-chalky reason.
