I bought 5 umbrellas from this brand about three months ago — two for my sisters who are going for the Hajj pilgrimage this year, one large one for home use, and two for myself and my son. All the umbrellas are excellent. They are elegant, lightweight, and look very nice. We've been using them regularly and are very satisfied with their performance.One of the umbrellas got stuck in the middle about two weeks ago. I reached out to the company via email, and I was genuinely impressed by their prompt and professional response. They asked for a video and the invoice, and once I provided those, they replaced the faulty umbrella without any hassle.I truly appreciate their honesty and the way they take care of their customers. These are responsible and trustworthy businesspeople, and I highly recommend both the product and the factory behind it. Thank you for such a great experience!

Easy to open but difficult to close….other than that rest is ok…..final comment can only be given after use

Purchased two nos black and one blue three months ago. In one month, even before much use, the parts rusted, cloth had multiple holes, open and close became very slow and made squeaking noise. Closing the umbrella is very hard, auto close does half way. Remaining needs to be done manually for open to work next time and to do it you have to put your entire weight and push it. Otherwise it will not lock to close position and will shoot out the handle. In two months the handle and parts came out in pieces.

The umbrella is sturdy and of great quality, and the included cover is a really useful add-on.

Low quality for the price. Velcro gone bad, string also damaged
