Strong enough vapor to clean out the tough stuff !

I love these for severe colds, the others are like getting a mint. These you know you took something, it clears your sinus, and separates the tough from the babies. Probably don't give to real little kids, they would think them too strong, but for me, anything less than these and I am disappointed.
