Was that a good tease? The "but" is that it won't be auto recognized so your picture will look like crap. You have to go in and reset the resolution (auto assign will not work)It does NOT seem to support HDCP

These do work however the distance is not as advertised. If you have more than one or two connections between the transmitter and the receiver the DB loss is too great and it will not connect. If you one direct line between the transmitter and the receiver with no connectors in between it works but intermittently. For short distances, it's great.

It works but it did not go past 720p for me. I used a 1FT CAT 5e or possibly 6 cable that worked great on my computer giving me 1GB+ but that same cable wouldn’t give me beyond 720p resolution.It does the job but don’t expect great resolution.

Only works with shorter wire (20' ) anything longer it did not show video , it does recognize the input,but no pictures and only on my newer TV not older model. Not worth the money , just by an hdmi wire. Plus the video quality was not the best.
