More instructions would be good!!
Why are instructions kept secret for most products. Give us info, like how much dough works well? (I found that two-thirds of a Rhodes loaf is good!) I cut about an inch Bakes perfectly and doesn’t over-rise! I cut about an inch off the frozen loaf lengthwise. It defrosts and rises well.

Great Loaf Box
This is a great loaf pan. The dough does not stick to the pan. When the dough isn’t fermented well, it might stick. This is not a pan for heavy batter. With holes at the bottom, it bakes the bread loaf faster and more even. The spatula and brush that come with the pan are handy too.

Not a good quality pan
Poor quality pan. I greased the pan well and the bread came out sticking to the pan. I had to scrape the side which ruined the look of the loaf and cleaning was difficult even after soaking. Very dissatisfied with this purchase.

This product is so easy to clean up. Do not need brush oil when baking. I just clean it with paper towel, not water.

Nothing wrong with this product. It's too small for me. So I have returned the product. I just didn't pay too much attention on the size when ordering.

Great pan for rugbrød!
I got this pan so I could make a square loaf of rugbrød. It does that! I also use it for other breads and as a bread box.The first time I used it I proofed my loaf in the pan and it got a little stuck in one corner. The second time I proofed in a bowl and oiled the pan a little. Loaf came out super easy. I haven't oiled it again since and I've proofed in the pan. My loaves always slide right out. If you like to proof a wet dough in your bread pan consider seasoning the pan before the first use.If I was baking for more than just me I would get a second one for sure!

Peinture lève
Je fais du pain maison 2 fois par semaine et j’adore mes nouveaux moules à pain. Révision de commentaire : après 5 mois d’utilisation, la peinture des moules collent sur les pains. Au final, je suis déçu de mon achat.

Moule difficile à nettoyer, surface ultra collante, après 8 - 9 utilisations la pâte reste suffisemment collée que le pain ne ressemble plus à rien, voir photo
