Quality product.
I drank a teaspoon daily for 3 days, and stopped because my stomach was doing good! Then I used the rest of it on my skin in the shower and it was helpful. If you do this, be ready for a slippery shower floor. I use Awesome Oxygen Orange in the orange bottle from the Dollar store to clean up anything slippery on the shower floor. Plus I use a couple hand towels on the floor instead of a shower bath mat, because I think rubber bath mats are too slippery!

Beneficial.
I’ve tried a few different brands and I prefer this one.

My favorite!
I use this all the time. I add 2 ounces to my juice every morning and it is undetectable. It is tasteless and colorless, with a texture similar to plain water. I was surprised to see it come in plastic bottles. Usually, it’s in glass. I don’t think I will buy it again online simply because of that. I’m trying to eliminate as much plastic from our lives as possible. However, it is a good product.

Works great for stomach issues
I love this. I put a small amount every morning in my apple juice (or any juice) and it helps keep stomach irritations away. Now if Amazon could just get it here on time since I have it subscription, it would be great not breaking my routine.

Good
It doesn’t have much taste, just a hint of lemon I think. I got it, hoping I helps to heal my stomach and esophagus. I sometimes take it alone or add to a drink. It is thin, not a gel like consistency.I don’t know if it has healed my health problems yet.

Not preservative-free
This product offering is deceptive. When I ordered it, it showed a label stating it was preservative-free. What I received, and what the icon shows that I am reviewing, is not preservative free. I purchased this item in this quantity specifically because this stated it was preservative-free. As I am looking on the reviews, some people received the preservative-free version, some did not. Apparently the seller is using them interchangeably, which is concerning. It contains 2 acids - potassium sorbate and citric acid. Presumably, it is only 1%, as the bottle states it is "99% aloe juice". Whether that is by weight or by volume, I do not know. Depending on what you want to use it for, it may not be an issue for you. I planned to use it both internally and topically. The taste of it is somewhat sour, and it gives me mild heartburn for a while after I drink it, but I found I am able to take it in a smoothie, particularly if there are alkali vegetables in it. I cannot use it on my face, as my skin reacts to it. However, I have found good results with using it in my hair as a rinse. That is the only reason I haven't returned it. I find it leaves my hair soft and manageable without having to add any chemical-laden hair products. The acid probably helps in this regard, kind of like an apple cider vinegar rinse. I put it in a travel spray bottle and keep it in the shower. That way I only have a little bit out at a time, as it is supposed to stay refrigerated (why, if it has preservatives, I don't know). I will not be using this on sunburns as I had planned due to the acidity. If preservative-free doesn't matter to you, go for it. If it does, you're better off buying it somewhere else that you can be sure what product you are getting. If you just want something to treat minor burns, I would advise just buying an aloe plant. It restocks itself. :)

Wonderful for hair
I have been trying to find an effective cost efficient alternative to shampoo for years. Aloe vera juice ended up being suggested to me. I was skeptical at first, worried it might discolor my hair. So far so good as it has not discolored my hair even with rosemary oil added to the solution. My hair has now been softer than it ever was but you need about five times the amount of aloe vera juice versus the shampoo to get the full benefit. The serving size is five silver dollar dollops in your hand of material with a serving size being a silver dollar dollop. For all you label readers out there there’s aloe vera juice, citric acid, and potassium sorbets on the label, that’s it. Generic shampoo on the other hand sodium chloride and cocamidopropyl betaine for starters.
