TerramarAdult Thermasilk Glove Liner

Great for cooler temperatures
I think I buy these every year. The fingers wear out quickly, but the product is inexpensive and the gloves are a welcome extra layer on cold days or when driving.

works great with my gloves;
Smooth, not bulky, which was needed. Also wear alone in the Spring.

Thermawool v. Thermasilk
I bought both the Terramar wool glove liners and the Terramar silk glove liners. I have Reynaud's syndrome and spending 20 dollars was the least I could do to try to help my symptoms.I bought one size too large because of what I'd read on the Amazon reviews here. Although that turned out best with the silk liners, the wool ones seem truer to size. That said, the thumb and fingers are sewn together (not knitted) and the actual shape, width and length of each one is slightly variable. The "large" size wool gloves I happened to receive are longer and thinner than the silk ones which are shorter and thicker.The big difference between the two gloves is the wrist. The wool ones have a fairly long wrist that reaches several inches up the forearm and, although loose-ish, hugs the forearm very nicely. The silk ones have a thick, tight wrist that is right at the wrist. It could potentially cut off circulation but seems okay for now. It is definitely not as comfortable as the wool ones.The wool ones seem warmer, but the silk ones slip into other gloves more easily (though the wool ones are fairly "slick"). I definitely prefer the wool ones but at this price, I am glad I bought both and went with one size up.

I can use my iPhone without removing these liners!
These are fantastic! They are really thin, so they seem like they wouldn't do much for someone with chronically cold fingers (Reynauds Syndrome), but here is how I use them:1) They are so small that I carry them in my purse or pocket during times of the year when most people probably wouldn't need gloves. It's a great backup. If it's actually cold outside and I only have these with me, I will keep my hands in my pockets most of the time, but these add a really nice extra layer to the warm pockets, and protect me when I take my hands out to use my bus pass, or phone.3) I wear them as liners inside my Volt heated mittens when I ski or ride my moped in the winter. Without these liners, the heated mittens can get a little clammy, but this added layer makes the perfect combination. With both layers, I can make it through my 20 minute commute on my scooter in Boston in 20 degree weather without any circulation problems.4) This one was a nice surprise: I can use my iPhone with these gloves on. It's not perfect ( I bought a size larger, because snug gloves exacerbate my Reynauds, so my precision isn't as high) but they are thin enough that I don't need to remove them on really cold days to do basic phone stuff.

Perfect weight glove liner but fabric catches on things
I wanted to love these. They were super lightweight and slid right under my heavy winter gloves. They didn’t add any bulk or limit movement. They were a perfect extra layer when it was below 10 degrees and I needed to walk the dog in gloves. The fabric seems to catch on everything, including my sometimes dry hands. It had little pulls and pills after just a few weeks. Granted, nobody sees these, but they didn’t feel very durable.

Exactly as advertised. Too bad the L is $5 more than the M.
Fits. Appears well made.

Will NOT last!
I purchased these for this ski season on January 21, and have worn them 3 times. First impressions were good, as they felt nice and even worked with a touch screen easily enough. After the first use, I was noticing pilling and stray threads. Not the end of the world, as long as they do their job. It's not about looks at all with an underlayer. However, after 3 uses there are massive amounts of threads pulling out, and even a hole in the finger already. I don't think these will even last a season. Do yourself a favor and pay more for Salomon agile gloves, they lasted me 3-4 ski seasons before I blew out a seam.

Purchased to keep hands warm while working on my computer in basement
These silk glove inserts are also perfect for wearing as gloves while typing as they are thin and don't alter the finger placement to make it harder to type. That is the reason why I purchased these glove inserts. I purchased the large as the medium size would have been tight given the measured size of my hand at my knuckles.They do keep my hands warm without interfering with my typing. They are not super warm, but I did not expect them to be. I will also wear them as inserts for other gloves. So far it has been atypically warm this winter so no real opportunity there. They do not appear to work with touch screens. I did try it with my phone and a tablet and it didn't seem to work.
