this tail has been really sturdy and great :) i love how it feels to wear and it looks good and is a good size. i’ve had the jump ring attaching it to the clasp come off once but it hasn’t happened since i fixed it.

I'm writing this because someone finally took my advice and glued a nylon twine "bone" into the tanned tail leather.Not every tail will tan the same. Some leather is thick. Some thin. But that will greatly affect the life and shed of ur tail! However a lot of that can be mitigated by simply gluing ( i use shoe goo) a " backbone" into the leather strip of tail. I use medium braided hemp twine because it is soft and durable. Also because the weight is very suitable and the shoe goo clings nicely while remaining pliable after drying. Every tail i have done this to has stood the test of time with outstanding results. In fact after that bit of surgery the tail only gets sidelined if it loses too much fur. But there is never breakage. Again fur loss is determined by the thickness of the cured leather. Healthy, well fed farmed foxes will usually have the best examples of beautiful thick leather and fur. ALWAYS buy farmed! never wild!.Thank you for reading i hope this helps!

This product worked great for my therian red fox tail. I would actually buy again! But, be careful with it because mine did break, its not really noticeable but a chunk got ripped off when it was pulled a little too hard. Amazing though and came in airtight package!

arrived as shown, fluffed it up as directions advised with a hair drier and it is beautiful.

When I got this tail I was in love it's so soft and super portable and works super well I definitely recommend the only bad part is it's real fox fur with I don't like but other then that it's awesome!!!

The tails I purchased are a great product. I purchased them for a Tails costume. As soon as I cut the airtight package open it fluffed up right away. The color is great, they are soft, and no order. The only negative I have is that I read these are REAL fox tails. If this is true it broke my heart. So if you are an animal lover please advised of this.

I purchased this for my daughter and she absolutely adores this tail. She wears it the most out of all of her tails. It looks and feels very real!
