SMART SWEETS Peach Rings Candy, 5.3 OZ

Some people are saying this candy spikes blood sugar and that the company isn't accurate about sugar content. I've looked up inulin, or probiotic soluble fiber, which they use. It is indeed a fiber and not a sugar. However the body thinks it's sugar and this is why blood sugar spikes occur. This happens with all forms of inulin you can find. If blood sugar spikes concern you, don't buy it :)

I had a bad experience with Smart Sweets (sweet chews) so I was reluctant to try these.These are actually a winner! They taste sooo good and aren’t too hard to chew like regular peach rings, none of that hard sugar scratching up your tongue!A con is the price for how much you get but after years of eating bad candy with gelatin, I’d purchase again.

These candies are soooo delicious, but be careful with the fiber content. 1 serving has your whole fiber content for the day and if you eat any more than that, you will be running to the bathroom. Trust me, I have learned my lesson the hard way....

It has no sugar but tastes like normal peach rings - so it's perfect. No weird digestion issues, unlike a lot of other sugar-free candy, possibly because it's made with prebiotic fiber? The price is horrible but there's no competition so I guess it makes sense that they charge what they want.

I loved smart sweets before they changed their recipe. I love a ketogenic lifestyle and carb counts are extremely important. Before the new recipe, he peach rings were 3 net carbs. Now they are 18 net carbs. Sorry Smart Sweets, your products no longer fit my lifestyle.

Does not taste like normal peach rings. Texture is really different as well. It also does not have the sugar coating, of course. BUT it's close enough that if you're craving a "healthy" version then it gets the job done.

These candies help with your sweet tooth without having too many bad agents in the ingredients! I love alot try these out
