As a cold sore girlie, this stuff is MAGIC. I feel one coming on? Pop 3 of these 3x/day and that cold sore will never come up. Only time I’ve had a cold sore since I discovered these was when I was on vacation & forgot them. My skin also seems clearer when I’m taking these, but that could be unrelated. Either way - I’ve tried 5+ l-lysine supplements and this one’s by far the best. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is great stuff. It helped my immune defenses to shorten sickness. Taking them for 2 month now, because I work around people face to face all the time. Good addition to your nutrition. Get them. Be healthy

I've tried a few L-lysine supplements but this is by far the best. It's quite effective!

I use this at a dose of 3x a day (3 pills each time) whenever I start to feel any sickness or cold coming on. Anytime I need an immune system boost. The smell and taste isn’t overly garlicky or strong, but the pills are large in size if that’s a potential issue. Recommend not eating on an empty stomach, so eating with food or after is better imo.

Large but easy to swallow pills. Well packaged and fast delivery. Been only taking for 2 weeks but I feel great. I will update this review in 3 months.

I suppose this is meant to help ward off viruses, but this stuff will also help keep your arteries clean. Do your own research on the ingredients (lysine & vit c). I shopped around to find just these ingredients, and was pleased to see it had a couple extra good things for the artiers (especially garlic). The zinc is also good against viruses. The olive leaf extract as well. I try to remember to take one 2-3 times per day, spaced out around meal times. Good stuff!!! I may just switch to a subscription.

I use it for mouth sores. It works. I ran out and had horrible mouth sores. It takes awhile to even your mouth back out, but it does work.
