I have been taking Haritaki capsules for almost couple of months and I just bought/received my 2nd bottle. I started taking Haritaki with other brand but then I switched over to this and this one is my fav!Started taking these 2 capsules at night, an hour after my dinner with warmer water for next 10 days to detox the buildup from my digestive system. The first 3 days were not easy, I had constipation, no energy, and crazy headache but I didn't give up, kept drinking warm water. On the 4th and 5th day, it cleansed my bowel system very well, I couldn't express my feelings how relaxed I felt thereafter. 😀Haritaki is also brain elixir in Ayurveda, it helps to calmly defense the stress. It cleared my brain fog within a week. After 20 days, I switched from taking at night to early morning on empty stomach. This is when it hit the home run! I feel so much calmer, I don't react to stressful time,..in fact I feel no stress throughout the day. I am more focused and happy in general and my undereye bags and dark circles are diminishing and skin is literally glowing And I have good night sleep which I used to have hard time falling or staying asleep. I breathe soooo much better, I make sure i stand outside for 2-3 mins every couple of hours to deep inhale/exhales, and it's amazing how nicely I breathe now.It's important that you first take these at night time for few days, keep drinking warm or room temperature water throughout the day and then switch it to morning dose on empty stomach! Also, Haritaki has diuretics effect so it's very important you increase your water intake, otherwise you might have reverse effect like prolonged constipation and tiredness.Don't hold up, you'll see thr benefits yourself if you take it religiously and properly!

On my last 3 caps and will be reordering.I take a lot of natural powders(learning to manage pain since coming off of opioid in 2019) which causes really bad constipation. So my initial reason for purchasing this was to help detox and help with digestion.If I took it like I'm supposed to every night, I believe it will be super beneficial.I started off with 1 capsule for a week then 2 then up to 3 since I didn't notice anything with the lower doses. It does make me have to pee in the middle of the night or soon as I wake which is 1 reason why I haven't been taking it like I should but it does help with going to the bathroom a little more than I was before.Second reason I purchased is because I'm a spiritual being and read a few reviews about the product being used for opening the 3rd eye. The very first time I took the 3 caps I had very vivid dream and every now and then I do, but it's not a every night occurrence.I'm going to stick with it, especially for the detoxing, weight loss help and slight energy boost the next day.

Guys, I was slightly skeptical of all the claimed improvements but they’re real. My mind is def more clear, I sleep very well and have crazy dreams. My energy is up my mood is much better, my sex life has improved 🍆🍆🍆!!! Lol . I’ve only been taking for two weeks and I feel amazing!! Oh and one of my favorite things about it is the improvement in digestion!!! I haven’t had good consistent solid movements since I was about 25 and now I am 31. Nothing I ever took helped me with my digestive issues until this!! I hope it helps everyone as much as it’s helped me ❤️ get them poops and pen*sea solid 😂❤️

It sure is a cleanse and acts like a sleeping pills. For me, it puts me right to sleep without forcing myself. But it does not makes u feel drowsy. Feels refresh when waking up. It makes u fart all the time haha. It has no flavor and it does make u hold your hunger but i m not trying to lose some weight. It does not make u lose your appetite either. It took me at least 12 pills for my body to react. Thats 4 days in a row.

It is easy to remember to take. I keep the bottle on my bedside table with a fresh glass of water every night. When I awaken in the A.M., I just take my dose before I do anything else! I do feel a little brighter these days and I will continue to take the Haritake daily.
