It a 300ft tape. Solid construction
no concerns. I used for a project and it will be on tool rack until it is needed again. Well built and solid. Tape is good quality and easily extracted/retracted.

Good, but not as sturdy as I thought.
Great price. It’s a bit lightweight for a Dewalt product, but it is plastic. Not real sturdy, but did OK lowering into a 240’ well to confirm depth with a wrench attached to end. Took a lot of effort to reel back in. Would work fine for top of yard measurements.

Nice tape
Minimal stretching, less than 1/2 in 300’ so it should work for land measurements. Not exact enough for framing and laying off.

Overall the product is good, but the only thing I disliked is that it doesn't have a button to stop the length like to have a fix length
