We have a Saluspa Coranado inflatable hot tub and these work great!! We had been using the paper filters that were supposedly reusable but weren't. Someone mentioned these on FB so figured we would give them a try. They are great, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store. Have recommended them already on the FB pages for the Saluspa hot tubs.

These worked as a great replacement for regular intex filters! The regular old H filters would clog up within minutes and slow the water flow and honestly wouldn't even filter well. I would also have to clean /rinse them ever few min to keep the water flowing good. These new filter balls work great! I left them overnight and the water flow never slowed down one bit, even with the filter balls full of dirt and gunk! It also picked up more dirt that the old filters.I tried to show photos hopefully that helps.Definitely would recommend!For the price These are perfect! I got about 10 filter refills and as a bonus you can wash them and reuse them.

I started using these late in the season, but so far they seem to do a pretty good job. The only problem I have is backwashing. I only get “clean” water when I backwash; however, when I open it up the balls are very dirty and when squeezed dirty water runs out. So, rather than regular backwashes I just wash them every week or two, depending on how how hard my filter pump has been working. They are easy to wash, just put them in lingerie bags with detergent on regular cycle. I do not use fabric softener as this can affect the absorbency. I also put some in the pre-filter basket as well as in the skimmer. This has made pool maintenance so much easier. I knew the first time I had to change the sand that I did not want to have to do that again.

The description is accurate and these do like what the seller says they will do ordered some last year and worked great on our 20 foot round pool, but just bought a second bag for the summer and going to use both

So I’m not sure if I will buy anything online anymore from a large retailer like Amazon. It’s not their fault there are too many items to verify. If it wasn’t for them trying to help to make things right I wouldn’t shop here again… that being said this filter … had high hopes but failed.. I had my pump running for 4 days with 8 hour breaks each day .. still can’t see the bottom. I have cleaned my pool for years and never took this long. We are not supposed to use clarifying solutions but my old sand system works better. With clarifiers. I took the balls out to wash and noticed debris is getting too the inlet inside the tank. A lot of it so I have to take it out by unscrewing them and clean with a brush. Sediment shouldn’t reach down there … all balls are not the same size. Some arnt even balls… they look like mushrooms and string is hanging off. A few of them completely unraveled and have that all over inside the tank which isn’t easy to separate. All on all lately I feel like amazons test dummy either I don’t get my item … I pay for a very high delivery rate and they charged me double down to getting an item that leaked… Amazon isn’t the same

The setup was easy, just replacing the filter sand with these pool filter balls. And boy, was I pleasantly surprised!These pool filter balls have been a game-changer for me. Not only are they much lighter and easier to handle than traditional sand, but they also provide excellent filtration results. My pool water is crystal clear, and there's no more sand getting into the pool. Plus, the maintenance is a breeze. I just throw the balls in the washing machine once in a while, and they come out like new!Tip: To prevent the balls from getting sucked into the pump, use a mesh bag or screen to keep them in place. One comes with the product!

OKay, with the covid 19 craziness and everyone buying pool supplies i was struggiling to find the right filters for our intex filter I was searching for something that would be reusable and last longer.This fit the bill.Several things to consider-1. because of the size of these we have several times had one stuck in a tube. After several false starts we have found a solution for the moment. We found a plastic canvas half sphere and it was just the right size to place over the openings at the bottom of the canister. However, that being said, you have to pack the filter balls fairly tight to keep it down in place. This has been our issue twice. We are using a pantyhose tied off filled with the balls at the moment and we will see if that resolves the occasional rouge ball stuck in a tube.2. there are enough in this set to fill our pump canister three -four times. It also comes with a large mesh bag to wash them. The dirty set goes in the mesh bag and through the washing machine but not the dryer. They look new again. We got about ten days before we felt the water flow was decreased enough to change them.I love this solution instead of the plastic formed canisters. I think they are way more effective and our water quality is better. The trickiness of getting them set up so as not to clog the tubes is a headache at times BUT worth it in the long run!And Ill have them even next year to use again! VERY budget friendly.
