UPDATE Review: I've reupped on 2 more of this pen and bumped up my rating. When I first bought this product my beard was still kinda new and I wasn't using it very much. I hadn't used the brush end much because I wasn't sure why it was needed. Since then I've figured out that the brush end is VERY useful for 2 reasons. 1) It helps to blend the product against the skin so that it looks very natural like nothing was added. 2) If you apply the product on the skin and then use the brush tip end to brush it up onto the hairs it helps lift the short hairs and it is VERY good at making greys disappear. Of course it doesn't last more than a day since this isn't a dye. But it does last all day until you thoroughly was your face. This is fine for me and I was somewhat surprised by how well it worked to get rid of certain grey hairs that I didn't want temporarily since I didn't buy it for this reason. It is fine to use daily for me. I add it after I've added all my other products and brushed and combed out my beard. The only knock that I have is that it does break easily. But you can put it back in the pen and just be careful to not let the broken piece fall out. So don't lift it too much out of the pen when using this product. I've seen others say it doesn't last long but I didn't have this issue. It doesn't take much to see good natural looking results, especially if you are using the brush end effectively. So you don't have to over use it. I still haven't tried other products but I'm pretty satisfied with this one and still recommend it for people trying to grow out a beard for the first time and still have a few patchy areas or a small amount of greys that you want to hide temporarily.---Original Review:It does what it says which is to help fill in patchy areas of your beard. I don't think I would use it everyday but definitely good enough to do so. The only issue that I have with it is that it easily breaks and can fall out of the tube. Is this the best product of this type? I don't know. It's the first one that I've tried and the results are not bad.

This company sent not one of the pens that I had bought but 2.I received this within 2 days.I immediately opened one and it is wonderful. It is exactly what I was hoping for.So easy to use and the brush on the other end blended my eyebrows, made my eyebrows look so better. Covered my gray so fast.As I said, this is exactly what I wanted for my eyebrows.The product is great and I would have never known without the phenomenal customer service.Yep, I am buying more of their products.Update on this reviewI was contacted immediately by customer service I did not contact them, can you get any better than that I don’t think so! They went above and beyond to make this customer fell like my business mattered. We talked about the problem the possibility as to why it did not work. They are sending me out a new on immediately. I love being able to update a review.I could not get any color at all. I bruised my eye trying to get color for my eye brows which this was supposed to work on. I turned a little extra out of the pin and it broke off and there was still no color. I tried running it across paper to see if I could get color, didn’t happen. It is a great concept, the pen is great but you don’t get color. Sent it back for a refund. Sorry but I have to say get something else.

The beard pen filler does a great job filling in patchy spots and giving my beard a fuller, sharper look. The color matches well and lasts throughout the day without smudging, especially when used with the included brush. It's a game changer for photos or when I want a cleaner appearance. My only reason for 4 stars is that it takes a bit of practice to apply naturally—too much and it can look drawn-on. Once you get the hang of it, though, it’s a solid grooming tool

I got this product to fill in a scalp patch left by a scar on the back of my head. Because of where it is, my shirt collar comes into contact with it occasionally. I've noticed, however, that at the end of the day I see the ink on the inside of my shirt collar - and I'm in A/C sitting by a desk all day so sweat shouldn't be an issue. Luckily it washes off with some detergent and hand washing, but I'd rather not have to do this every time I use the product. If left in, it looks like it can actually stain my shirt.It definitely looks good when you apply it, though. They also sent me 2 in the box instead of one which is awesome (thank you!) I was just just surprised by the smudging, so I'll have to look for another product.

I absolutely love this product. It’s quick and easy to use. I recently purchased another one, and they even sent me another one as a gift. I’ll definitely be repurchasing it when I need it again.
