Voltage and wattage is fabulous for size & price!
Just received these today, took only two weeks to come which is way better than the four to six weeks I was expecting! I understand that sometimes these overseas shipments can get hung up in customs or something.Tested out the two panels I received and they both appear to work great. I will be incorporating them in projects soon.Incidentally, same seller offers a version of this panel (as of July 2014) for a dollar more that has an attached USB cable and blocking diode, in case you prefer that, though the location of the terminals on this version made it a snap for me to use alligator clips to check them out.Quality looks outstanding, I may well be ordering more!

Works but needed some help after a year in service
They work, You have to pull that wrap film off. Then solder a couple wires to the pads on the back. A good trick I've been using it to cover the solder and surrounding contact area with epoxy or ShoeGoo to keep the wires secure. Output was great for about a year then the panel surface got all hazed up and it quit. Likely from the sun and weather. I used the scotchbrite side of a sponge to scour the haze surface clean then applied some car wax. Started working again.

So far so good
I am seeing a little higher than 6V in my meter in direct sun (6.8V). Also the connections confused me as well, but attached is a picture showing how I wired it.

Must do your own soldering.
It does not come with instructions, and there are not connections soldered onto the back. This means it is not really clear which connectors to solder onto, and you have to do that soldering yourself.Other components have connectors (such as USB or DC barrel) soldered on the back already.

Delamination makes this panel unusable.
Product arrived with two small delamination "bubbles" which grew to an overwhelming number of bubbles below the thick glassy surface in less than an hour of exposure to the sun. These bubbles were NOT due to leaving a protective plastic film on (my husband removed that fine), it was produced between the solar cell and the top glassy surface when the panel heated up in the sun (85 degrees). My husband couldn't push the bubbles down or pop with a pin because the bubble was below the "glass." Initially, the voltage was measurable and reactive to sun exposure (over 7.3V max), but current was not measurable. The voltage level got lower and lower as the delamination got worse (see photo). My husband is an electrical engineer and wrote most of this, so I warn you, do not buy this panel.

Works great, for charging batteries or 2 for usb power ...
Works great, for charging batteries or 2 for usb power for devices(6v/+1000ma = 2 panels in parallel)doesnt include diode but has a nice circuit printed for its installation on the positive side. Not sure which one is the positive side? Input positive and negative on google translate for a Chinese character translation
