I worked at a church and a youth camp for about 3 years and these were a God-send ESPECIALLY at the camp. I've recent come to the conclusion that I just don't do well with menthol cough drops. They upset my stomach and feel like they burn my mouth. These are not nearly as bad as others I've used, but it's still not easy on my mouth. However if you tolerate menthol well, these are very effective. They provided stronger pain relief and numbing then ordinary menthol drops alone.

These are great for after surgical intubation. My husband had a very painfully sore throat after being intubated, and these really helped him during recovery.

They start working pretty quickly my throat felt a lot better within like 15–20 minutes. The numbing doesn’t last all day or anything, but it definitely takes the edge off, and I’d just pop another one when needed.
