Honestly, I bought this Aigostar circular fluorescent tube because my old light was flickering like a haunted house, and I was tired of living in semi-gloom. Let me tell you, for value for money, this thing is a steal, my kitchen is now brighter than my future.Functionality? Flawless. I popped it in (okay, after watching a YouTube video because I’m not an electrician), and it fired up instantly with no buzzing or flickering. The quality feels great, sturdy, and well-built, unlike some cheap tubes that bend if you breathe near them.The brightness is serious, it’s like the sun has moved into my ceiling. I can now actually see what I’m chopping for dinner, and I discovered my cat’s been sitting on the fridge judging me in the dark for months.Ease of setup was surprisingly simple. G10q fitting was spot on, and it clicked in securely without feeling like I was going to snap the tube in half.As for lifespan, I haven’t had it long enough to count the exact hours, but it’s holding strong, and if it lasts as long as it claims, it’ll outlive my houseplants (RIP basil).If you want a light that makes your space feel awake and alive without draining your wallet, grab this. Make sure you get the right size: 40W used to come in 300mm and 400mm. It now seems 32W for 300mm and 40W for 400mm.

Do not buy! Dreadful bulb. Upon receipt I was thankful it looked complete. Upon installation the connection point is very very loose and when turned on it has a constant low pulse light flash (like it’s badly made) I can’t use this as the light pulses and makes eyes feel funny. Please collect
