It works.
So far this product is working. Since I have been taking this (2 mo now), I have gotten rid of fatty pieces in my stool and the color is back to healthy. You take 1, easy to swallow capsule daily, Very simple. Very effective. Very affordable.I definitely recommend this product.

Great liver cleanser.
It’s easy to take. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a small glass of water.While I’m taking it my digestive system feels great. No gas , no discomfort.

Amazing Product That Works!
Fatty liver ... I'd been told for years with no explanation or recourse. For me, it was genetics, my DNA, inherited issues. With no appendix or gallbladder bladder, my liver was the last cleaner standing ... and it was killing me. You'll never know how quickly my body reacted to hepagard or how much better I'm feeling just two months after beginning this product. I'm finally able to function without pain; without experiencing the "intense pain, where my gallbladder bladder used to be". Amazing relief without chemicals.

It truly works.
I have waited a few months to review this product. I waited fot current lab results. For 8 years i have had elevated liver enzymes Alt and ASTs. I found this product and I am elated to report my ASTs are now normal 23 and my ALTs have reduced from 105 in January to 54 now in June. Now I have paid a lot more attention to diet and am more active in exercise and have lost some weight but I truly believe this product has greatly assisted. I highly recommend this product. I do only take 1 pill a day for if I take 2 I do not feel so well.

Great but expensive product
Wonderful product! Cholesterol medications are really hard on your liver and Hepaguard keeps my liver function tests completely normal.My cardiologist poo-pooed milk thistle and Hepaguard but after seeing my bloodwork with and without, he backpedaled and said that “it might be somewhat beneficial for some people” I really tried to not roll my eyes.My only complaint would be the price. I take more than the suggested 1 capsule a day and so it really adds up.Even so, I will continue to take it because the benefits outweigh the cost.
