Packing is not good
Product is very nice, artistic & antique. Looks very good & decorative. Recived with broken glass. Improvement required in packing.

The LED bulbs were of a v v v cheap quality and one of the bulb was delivered broken completely into 2 pieces

Hectic installation/complicated bulb change/sharp edgess
The bulb provided was not working. Also the finishing is not good. It has sharp edges on top. While placing the bulb you have to pull it up from top and remove the glass to put the bulb which is complicated as it needs too much force to pull up with sharp edges. I got a cut on my hands while doing so. So yeah changing bulb is hectic task in this. U have to necessarily install it on wall with direct connection to switch board as there was not plug provided. Only a small open wire attached to lamp. So this can't be used as a table lamp. Not ready to use atleast,u need to do modifications if u want it just as a plugin lamp. U surely need an electrician for it which is a plus cost to the lamp. I had to return it as it is not what was expected.

Love the product value for money, however they may increase wire length to atleast a meter , amount may be increased

Good item.
The item is fairly good but not strong enough hence to be handled delicately. Hope it lasts. Good item to give room walls a different look and compulsion to look again.
