I have been buying this exact detergent for like 7 years. I don't want to mess with a seperate fabric softener and detergent especially with a machine that you have to wait to put the softener in. This does it all in one it's like a shampoo with conditioner version of detergent.i Its a washer and a softener at the same time. I don't have any issue with film buildup just make sure you don't put too much it's very concentrated I think people tend to overfill their cup but really just put it to the line and it will do the job and make your clothes smell great and its good at getting stains out, I would know I have a 11-year-old boy who is always outside and this works on sweat, stains, and odor👍

Tide is great, needs no reviews we all know it's great. Amazon driver's on the other hand are a few cards shy of a full deck. They left the box at my neighbor's house and took a picture. Amazon said look at the picture it was delivered 😂. Bless their hearts 😂 they left my box at a different address and left their PKG at my neighbor's house and took pictures of 2 screw ups 😂
