This is my second savior range bag. I now have the middle size and the large size. The material is sturdy and feels like it will last for years to come. The zippers are sturdy and over all the bag feels very solid.This bag easily holds Three guns, ear cover, eye gear and 4 boxes of 9mm ammo along with several boxes of 22 in the middle compartment easy, making it a good range day for few hundred rounds. The side pockets hold mag loaders (if you use) membership papers and other items you may want on a trip to the range. There is plenty of room for things you need and probably things we don’t need but want to carry.The mag holder in the front I was skeptical about only holding 6 mags and what I found out is the strap you can put double stack mags facing out vs sideways and when you do this makes is the exact fit to place 5 mags in between the 6 in the loops resulting in easily holding 11 mags in the front compartment which is a big win for me.If you do not want to do this there is still plenty of room to store multiple mags and even to add 6 more into the middle compartment in a savior holder you can buy separate.The top compartment can hold a paper size target or multiple targets.The range bag is as sturdy as the preview shows, I will not stand on it but pushing on the top, it is very sturdy and I believe will never change shape, if I could change one thing it would be the divider in the middle compartment to be stiffer or straight, it has a tendency to bend. I did take my divider out flipped the Velcro tabs in and put the divider back in and it fits tight but is more flexible to move to your needs, this also for some reason keeps it straight vs the slight curve. I will say when using the Velcro tabs the divider is locked into place tight and not going anywhereThe shoulder strap I may not use but wow it is padded and feels sturdy and is adjustable to what makes you comfortable if you choose to use itOne nice thing about savior shipping boxes is all the targets they stamp on the inside of the box an extra plus

After buying and returning two different brands of range bags -- one for poor stitching and broken zipper pulls, the other for stitching that came apart after two weeks -- I've settled on a range bag that works. It has premium quality material, stitching, and features. More storage pockets than I can count. And zippers? I think the total is 18, including two each on three separate pistol pouches. The zippers are designed with cord pulls rather than steel. I like that because I can replace some with contrasting color pulls that are easier to see. They're stiff to operate; some lubricant might be needed. The main body of the bag has a very tough, full-frame liner, and the shoulder strap is padded to the max. Some might say it's overkill. I'd say it's comfortable and stays put on your shoulder.I really appreciate that the bag is shipped in a proper, heavy duty cardboard carton (with targets printed on the inside surfaces), instead of being vacuum sealed into a big, plastic-wrapped waffle. The presentation overall is great.One of the two bags I returned had a little better storage layout, but I'm adapting to this well as it's very configurable with a super-heavy, Velcro attached center divider. It's a little hard to reposition, the Velcro sticks so fast, but it's certainly secure. And I only need to position it once.Conclusion: Life is too short to spend being frustrated with cheap range bags that may or may not provide a competent short-term solution, and likely won't be there for the long haul. This is an exceptionally well made bag that's probably $40-60 more than much of its competition. Absolutely worth it. Don't think twice. Skip your next visit to the beer store or dine on peanut butter for a week, and treat yourself to a proper range bag.
