Good product
Good product for its price. No sign of wear after 4 months.I would recommend it for people with no weightlifting/gripping background as a good way to build hand strength.People with naturally strong hands might rather choose the 150 version to begin with. The knurling could be a bit more aggressive, but it's rather a personnal taste.

Quality trainer
I like that it's all metal, has a nice design and it's a great quality trainer at value! It started squeaking after a few days of use, it doesn't bother me because it's not loud, this can be mitigated by using the right oils every now and then.I highly recommend this over the plastic ones and the expensive name brands. Also, get the 100LBS one If you're a beginner.

Excellent product.
Even at this resistance level I had some difficulty. It has taken me a few months of regular use and practicing, only now do I have the strength to properly use these as a strength/mass building for forearms.I love it!

Maybe opt for the 250lb unit?
I got the 100lb one because I read the 250lb one was insane to close. This one is weak. I can close it and touch the bars together. Not going to last me long.

Train smart
This gripper served me well, got me stronger. A word of advice to everyone, don't overdo it like I did and end up causing yourself more harm than good.
