The pod is in the picture of the product, to the right of the box. They're like circular tea bags with a small tab on part of the edge, but much more tightly packed with contents than a teabag

Can these work with nespresso machines?

They will only work with machines that are designed to take these pods, so really depends on the machnine. Nespresso machnies that only take Nespresso pods will not be suitable.
