The taste
After visiting London and being introduced to the Fortum and Mason store, I was hooked. I am a tea drinker only, and love the taste of this tea. This is the only tea that I drink and continually order it from Amazon.

A taste of home for my cousin who survived the Paradise, CA Camp Fire!
My 90 year old cousin, who came to the States from the UK in 1960, survived the Paradise Camp Fire on November 8, 2019. After I found where she was, I learned she had nothing but her car and a few things. I asked what I could get her and she told me about the tea she loves from England. I was so happy to find it on Amazon and have sent her several boxes of the Earl Grey and Breakfast Blend and she loved them both!

Item delivered was not as described
Item description clearly says, "Cellophane Sealed Box," but the item I received was a bare, pasteboard box that was unsealed. As this item traveled a few thousand miles to get to me, I would have appreciated the box to have been sealed in cellophane, as described, no matter whether the teabags inside are sealed individually.

Big waste of money
The Irish and English Breakfast teas are not the same as those I purchased at F&M in London. These must be old. No aroma, no flavor. Big waste of money.
