High quality wrench that I use daily
This a high quality tap wrench, I sue it in my gunsmith business every day. Works well for tapping out stripped scope mounting holes. Easy to use, awesome knurling for grip that gets the job done fast.

High quality, perfect size, works great. I should have bought one years ago!

Nice tap wrench
Nice tap wrench but it becomes loose when you're tapping something. I think I'll put a dab of loctite blue thread locker on it next time.

Sturdy
Really high quality tool. Has some weight to it. Highly recommend if you're need to thread a tap

Works great!
I was cutting a 5/16-18 thread into 1/4" steel with my collet type T handle and it would slip no matter how hard I tightened it down. I ended up using a crescent wrench to finish the job. This had no such problem. It is hard to evenly torque the tap down with a crescent wrench. This T handle does it just fine. I did back the tap out a few times to clear the shavings. I also used cutting oil for whatever good that does.

Ok
This is ok for light duty. One of the jaws has already fallen out and I had to glue it back in.

Don't Skimp
If it's a bigger tap, get this and forget the smaller tap handles. This is a great tool for the money, used for M12-1.75 in 1/2" mild steel.

Great for smaller taps smallest I've put in is a m3 tap and it fit perfectly for standard 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 taps it also does the trick nicely

after suffering with cheap tap handles in the past, I am very happy with this unit, it's a good solid real steel tool, good solid grip on all taps from 4-40 to 1/2 NF taps, no slipping or backing off.
