The crumb getter
Easy and light weight to use/carry. It's strudy and hasn't cracked anywhere, the bristles are soft yet pretty easy to clean from debris like hair and dust balls gathering in it. Works well. Doesn't scratch flooring or leave crumbs behind.

BUY IMMEDIATELY - totally incredible at the price. Note, some reviews are about the wrong products.
(1) IF YOU HAVE a wood or stone floor, you NEED a soft horsehair broom, it is an essential. Nothing else will get your floor clean. Vacuums just blow the dust around.(2) To get a horsehair broom for only 30 bucks is fantastic. Incredible!(3) This is a SIMPLY made, yet PERFECT horsehair broom.(4) The wooden handle is PERFECT. It simply screws in perfectly, wood in to wood.(5) The horsehair is VERY GOOD at the price. It's nothing to pay two hundred dollars for a fine horsehair broom, at the price this product is impeccable.(6) The company VERY CONFUSINGLY sells a huge range of brushes. Even worse, there are idiotic option menus on the amazon listing, which is just stupid. Take care you don't accidentally choose the metal handle option or one of the different heads. This NONSENSE has, of course, resulted in folks quite rightly complaining in a few reviews that "why is the handle metal" "why is the horsehair green plastic" etc. the company needs to clear up this nonsense with clearer information.(7) Even more confusingly the company offers a "better" horsehair broom at about 60 bucks. I have not tried it but my guess would be, stick to this incredibly priced one unless you are going to spend $200 on a ultimate horsehair brush.(*) Yes, it is delivered in a long cardboard box that fits the handle! When you open the box, just screw the wooden handle in to the wooden head. Both sides are threaded and it fits perfectly. It is absolutely sturdy, no issues, strong as an ox.(*) DON'T FORGET YOU HAVE TO STORE HORSEHAIR BROOMS HANGING - either upside down or hanging free of the floor. You can NOT leave them sitting upright "pressed against the floor" in your broom closet!Incredible bargain at 30 bucks, a broom of integrity, good quality, simply made.

Parts don't fit
Zero Stars. the broomstick doesn't fit the broom AT ALL. Complete waste of wood and horsehair, complete waste of my time. Don't recommend at all. They need to do a better job with quality control, but that's an oxymoron for junk made in China.

Nice broom!
The broom seems nice. You have to use a little muscle but the broom head really does fit on the handle. I almost thought that it wasn’t going to and was going to kick myself for not listening to the other reviews. But it does really fit together! I did dock one star just because it is a pain to get it all together. Now to sand it and stain it so it looks nice on the kitchen wall!

Best. Broom. Ever.
I've never gotten so many compliments on a BROOM of all things!!! Everyone that uses it loves it! This broom just GLIDES across the floor silently picking up everything. Horse hair brooms are THE BEST.

This is a nice brush for a single floor, but...
I looked for a nonplastic bristle broom, and this one met my needs. I purchased this for a single floor - no stairs. If you're thinking that this would be a good, all-around the house broom, I would urge you to look for another shape, and one with a dustpan. The wooden top that holds the horse hair will hit your baseboards, if you use this side to side and not parallel to thr stair. Maybe that would make it better, but to me it feels inneficient. I tried to get a picture of this, but recognize I am switching from my current broom, an o-cedar, which is excellent all around the house room that comes with a dust pan.* also, as advertised, this broom does not come with a dustpan. It leaves me in need of another purchase! The horsehair is actually lovely to sweet with. Smooth, light, gentle on your floors. It did the kitchen well, which is my most lived in space, but will be just perfect for our upstairs space. There is not the fast snap of a plastic bristled o-cedar, so it feels a bit more intentional to do. Oddly, it is a really pleasant experience to use.Lastly, I wish the broom handle was not aluminum, it feels mismatched with the horse hair and wood head, but that's neither here nor there. It'll work nicely for a time.

Great soft bristles
I read some reviews on this saying that the wood handle doesn't turn into the brush head (someone even whittled the threads away)Well I'm here to tell you that it DOES turn in, but getting it threaded at the start is quite tricky as it's at a angle. It turns very hard, so it will never loosen once you really get it jammed in there. I am a noodle armed 43 year old woman, and was able to get it assembled. It might help you to hold the brush head firmly between your feet and turn the handle in when you're really close to bottoming it out. Don't be too hard on it, you don't wanna snap it. You could also employ a bench vise which might mark the wood. But by golly, I was able to get it in with sheer strength of will alone and you can too!Once I got him assembled, I put him to work. I have solid red oak wood floors that I installed, stained, and varnished myself. I want to protect them with soft horse hair brooms and dust mops. I am having a ton of drywall work done right now, which means drywall dust everywhere.Have you ever tried sweeping drywall dust? Regular brooms don't sweep it. This lovely horsehair broom sweeps it! My only gripe is that the bristles are not angled the way a regular sweeping broom's more sturdy bristles are angled to make it easier to get into the corners. Though with these soft bristles, I don't know that an angled cut would hold up. Oh well, it doesn't bother me.This broom is great.
