These are great quality & have a nice gold-filled finish ( not too bright, but not tarnished either ). None were damaged or hard to open. I love that there are two-sizes. The 7mm or 8mm are very good sizes for most ( if not all ) my customers needs. This size is hard to find ( especially at this price ) and usually come in 5mm-6mm...which are OK...but some people will have a very hard time opening them...and the quality with those sizes tend to be not as good : ). Great price compared to real 14k gold. Handy for adding charms to a bracelet or for fixing a broken necklace.

These are lovely, small, delicate clasps/spring rings. Again: they are SMALL, so be sure you know what size 5mm really is. I needed 'small' (would have preferred even smaller, but couldn't find any smaller), and these work beautifully for my project. They are well made, they operate nicely, and so far they seem to hold up well. I'm very pleased with the quality and the price!

The price is great but after ordering these multiple times I've discovered they are NOT gold filled. I make and sell jewelry and sell hundreds of pieces, many made with these clasps. After wearing one of these pieces myself for a few hours, I noticed the metal had tarnished and turned red-ish. I wore another piece for a few hours to rest it out and the same thing happened. Had I not worn one of my own pieces, I would've continued to sell a product I'm promising my customers is gold filled. It's shameful to lie about the quality, as it can not only affect people who might be allergic to specific metals found in cheap products like these, but it affects MY livelihood! That's unacceptable. Be truthful in what you're selling.

Just what I needed!

These spring ring clasps are quality crafted and work well with lightweight gold-filled chains. The tension in the clasp is strong enough to close securely yet easy to open. They are a great value too.

I don't know why these have such high reviews.. mine have already tarnished within a few months. My sister also bought some and hers broke. Not impressed, we both won't be buying these again.

Nice and delicate. Goes perfectly with the chain and jump rings i ordered. Very happy with the purchase.
