I got this hoping it would help with back pain and sacrum pain.It’s so comfortable to sit on!I started using it on my couch to test it out, then moved it to my car. I had to adjust my seat in the car as I’m 5’7 - it has helped me so much with driving over the past 3ish months.I’m debating on getting a second one for in my house.It is light weight, holding its shape nicely, it does not slip when I’m driving, I love the gel and foam combo and feel those to mixed together is something like this cushion allows it to hold its shape better and give more comfort,I don’t not feel cold when sitting on it but if it’s in your car in the sun it can get very warm.I have only had this for spring and starting summer weather. Not sure how it will be in colder weather.But it will be great for indoor use even outdoor use.Give it a try if you have back pain, sacrum pain, sciatic issues. It has been helping me when I didn’t thing anything to kept me in the car.

I love love LOVE these ComfiLife seat cushions for my desk chair, recliner and car. My recliner seat has broken down and is too low, and this seat cushion adds the height and support I need. The cover is soft and the cushion is firm and supportive yet very comfortable, and my tush welcomes the coccyx cutout. The only problem is my cat Teacup loves the cushions too. She won’t sleep on the expensive cat bed I bought for her - no of course not - she wants my seat cushions and pushes me out of them. For some strange reason she also likes to chew the material. So about once a year I have to replace the Comfilife cushions. But they are worth every penny. The best colors are black, charcoal and grey. The brown is a bit too light.

Sitting in a truck all day can become uncomfortable and put a lot of strain on your back. This cushion provides decent comfort. It has helped me alleviate some of my lower back pain while sitting. The foam is a good thickness and shape to provide comfort. However it can take some getting used to. After sitting on it for a while I find it relieving to remove the cushion.

It worked almost immediately. I injured my lower back a few months ago (probably a herniated disk) and I have to sit at a desk all day for work. The pain was excruciating and insurance is denying everything that would help me so I ordered this as a Hail Mary, but not really expecting it to help much. I’m happy to say, I was wrong. Here’s my experience so far:Comfort & Firmness:The cushion is definitely firm, which I find to be a plus when it comes to providing support for long hours of sitting. It offers a solid base and helps distribute my weight more evenly, which alleviates just a little bit of the discomfort I tend to feel from prolonged sitting. The gel-enhanced layer is comfortable, giving it a bit of a soft, yet supportive feel that doesn’t compress too much under my weight.Pain Relief:As for how much it’s helped with my hip pain, I’m a bit on the fence. While the cushion is comfortable, and I do feel a bit more supported than when sitting directly on my chair, I’m not entirely convinced it’s making a noticeable impact on my pain levels. I haven’t seen a significant reduction in hip discomfort just yet, but I’ll continue to give it time and see if there’s any long-term improvement. It might be more beneficial for someone who has mild discomfort, but for more severe pain, I haven’t felt a huge difference.Fabric & Grip:One downside I’ve noticed is that the fabric on the cushion is a little slippery. While it doesn’t slide around drastically, it’s not as grippy as I would have hoped, especially when I shift or adjust my sitting position throughout the day. It requires a little adjustment here and there to keep it in place. The material is soft, but it might not stay in place as well as I’d prefer on a chair without a non-slip surface.Overall:All in all, this cushion has been a solid addition to my desk chair. It’s firm and provides decent comfort, but I’m still unsure if it’s making a big impact on my hip pain. The slippery fabric could be improved, but it’s not a deal-breaker. If you’re looking for a cushion for general comfort and support, I would recommend it. However, if you’re specifically looking for something to alleviate pain, it might not be the miracle solution you’re hoping for.

I'm in pain because my doctor moved his surgery center so I've been waiting on injections for way too long. Today was day 1 with this cushion in my desk chair. I had so much relief, almost immediately, and it got better as the day went on. I'm back to buy one for one of our team members who's in pain and been missing work. I can't wait to see the grin on his face.

Love my new cushion. I am elderly and sit a lot during the day and I have stenosis in the spine. I've had a recent flareup of sciatica and this cushion has just given me a lot of relief. I like it so much. I'm going to order another one to go in my bedroom. I also love the fact that has a washable cover.
