Does it clean old burnt food off

I've found, that if after you're done cooking, turn your bbq's heat to high, let it cook off most of the residue, scrub it with a brush, turn off the heat and apply this product while continuing to scrub. When your done and the grill is cool, apply a light coat with a clean rag to keep the grill grate from rusting. I love it!

Can this product be used with the grillbot

Sure, why not? I guess you could spray your grill with it before or after you use the grillbot. Although this spray leaves a nice aroma, it does a poor job of cleaning a grill. Of course, that’s what the grillbot is for.

Could I use this for my indoor gas cooktop grates?

Yes you can. It’s very mild so it really doesn’t work as advertised. It just makes your grill smell nice. I don’t recommend the product at all.

Miracle product

This stuff works great! A little goes a long way, it smells nice, and uses clean ingredients apparently? It made our old grill look brand new. Faded metal chairs? Brand new? Mail box faded? Nope not anymore with this stuff! Anything metal, plastic, or wood comes back to life with one swipe of this stuff. And itll keep ur cast iron grill stick free.

It really does work!

This product is amazing! I bought this after using my new Broil King grill. I was really trying to keep up on maintenance and it was not looking good. I decided to try this after reading other reviews. It did not disappoint. It cut right through the grease and the build up came right off the grill grids and made the entire outside shine. I wish I had taken before pictures. I plan to use on my indoor appliances as well. Give it a try!

Pricey Oils But They Work Well

Caron & Doucet makes a line of various oils and cleansers and I've been extremely impressed with all of them. This particular oil is great for seasoning the grates on your grill. Nice, pleasant smell and the spay mechanism is much better than trying to use an aerosol oil like Pam which causes flare-ups.I've used this exclusively on 2 new grills that I bought this year. Food tends to stick to the grates on new grills until they've gotten a good seasoning on them. After a couple applications and cooks I've found that meats and other grilled items release a lot easier.The only thing keeping me from a 5-star recommendation is the price. Even with their other oils, I tend to alternate between Caron & Doucet and others just because I'd go broke using them exclusively.Definitely worth picking a bottle if you can afford it!

I like it

Highly recommend. As long as the grill is hot (right after you remove the food), it cleans just about anything. Once the grill has cooled, recommend spraying it with oil.

A must if you want to preserve your grill

Only thing that was a fail was the spray nozzle. If it worked properly I probably would have given 4 stars. It cleans and protects the grill.
