I needed a second soldering iron for a project, and already have a solid Weller station. So I grabbed this one. It has an assortment of tips, a tub of flux, and a roll of solder. It has a little stand that is okay too. The iron has an on/off switch, a temp dial, and a led to show that it is powered up. It worked really well. Job is done. Mission accomplished. This is a great setup for the price. If you want a good iron, spend more. For a cheap unit, this one is perfect.

This works fantastic. I love the fact that you can adjust the temperature and comes with everything you need to get going. Mind though that the plug wire is not that long so you need to remain close to your wall plug if you're not working on a dedicated area with an accessible outlet.

I was surprised. I am not skilled at soldering. I learned a lot. First use the right solder. I am using this solder right now (https://amzn.to/4qssNNf) with this soldering iron and it works very well. The most common problem with cheap soldering irons is that the ceramic heater does not keep the tip hot enough for long enough. This one however keeps the tip a consistent temperature and it heats up fast. This makes it much easier to solder with. This soldering iron makes me feel as skilled as the guys on YouTube. I have bought many soldering irons over time and I never liked any of them. This one is actually very good. Again I did change the solder I was using, but I tried it on my other soldering irons (Weller SP23/SP25 and SREMTCH MH2001 Soldering Kit <- total garbage). and I still like this soldering iron better on small electronics. I haven't tried it on anything other than a PCB.

It works okay. But I can't get it to switch to Fahrenheit, and after a while it's became harder to turn on just clicking the button doesn't always work. But i've used the crap out of it.I've just never been able to control the temperature which I thought you could do on this model

Es tal como se observa en las fotografías del vendedor, lo he probado un par de veces y me ha gustado mucho, el control de temperatura funciona perfecto, claro, este es para un uso "doméstico" y es un excelente kit para principiantes, pero me gustó mucho debido a la relación calidad-precio. No le pide nada a otros más caros, cabe resaltar que para el multimetro es necesario una batería de 9 V la cual no incluye.

It's a cheap Soldering Iron Kit perfect for people who want to do small jobs or just want to play around with soldering but it does feel cheap and I know it will one day just stop working but right now it works fine and does the job.

Muy bueno, solo que la parte donde se une el cautín y el cable de corriente es un poco delicado y se desprendió. Afortunadamente solo se safó y lo pude colocar en su lugar
