Yes it will line perfectly with A2 sights

No. You use the front sight to adjust for elevation with this model.

These are standard height. Same as a set of Magpul's. But rock solid. Should work great on your flat top rifle.

I would say that's not new and would look to return and get a refund or get a discount at least
