Love this printer! Great for sublimation!
I purchased this printer to convert over for use with sublimation ink printing. I did a lot of research on Epson Ecotank printers and went with this one because of its extended paper size allowance. Print quality is excellent. Setup was relatively easy. I did find it annoying it came with a CD for installation - computers these days do not really have CD installation drives. The app was a bit frustrating to work with on my phone, I ended up using my iMac to install the drivers from the Epson website. One thing is that if you do not use any ecotank printer regularly, you will have to clean the print heads a few times to get ink to start flowing again. I would recommend printing something every few days/weekly just to keep the ink flowing easily. I use this HIPPO sublimation ink for those wondering. A photo of a recent project made with the printer is attached.

Best Sublimation Printer To GetThe Best Sublimation Printer I’ve Ever Used – Worth Every Penny!
I’ve used several printers for sublimation over the years, and the Epson EcoTank 15000 blows them all away. The print quality is vibrant, crisp, and professional-looking every single time. Whether I’m working on tumblers, shirts, or larger custom projects, this printer handles it all with ease. The wide-format capability is a huge plus, and the EcoTank system is a game changer — super cost-effective with less mess and no constant cartridge swaps. Once converted for sublimation, it runs like a dream. This is now my go-to printer for everything sublimation. If you’re serious about your craft or business, this is the one to get. Highly recommend

Rear Feed and takes cardstock like a boss!
FINALLY! A printer I love. I had an eco tank before becuase frankly, if you use ink, this is the printer for you. It paid itself off and I found myself printing things for my watercolor club and often they'd pay for my cheap ink and my ink cost went to nothing. Also, I prefer pigment to dye, so the 501 ink was fabulous quality and i got near professional print quality art prints. But the real treat on this printer is that it has a rear feed. I use120# cardstock and 310gsm (114#) watercolor paper and some printers say they can handle it, but they're fibbing. I wanted a rear feed option that doesn't try to curl heavy paper and leave marks on it. This printer not only has one that works, it'll take 11" wide paper! Bingo. And my old ET-4850 is still going strong, I just moved it to our other computer for my husband that hates his unpredictable printer that costs an arm and leg if you just want to print a few pages of black and white! Highly recommend this printer.

Defective Out of the Box and Terrible Customer support
I purchased this printer after doing a ton of research. It was my first and LAST Epson. I got it and started through the set up procedures of taking off the tape, filling with ink provided and then going through the on-screen set up. However, after getting through the date/time set up, it then errored out with a code that when you look it up says there is a Paper Jam. I hadn't gotten to that step yet to even add paper. I checked again to make sure all the tape was off as suggested, but to no avail. Error would not clear.I then called Epson support and got a rep that I could barely hear. He walked me through the exact same steps, said my printer was defective and that I would need to return it. He said he would send me an email that I was to respond to with proof of purchase. I kept him on the phone because it never came through, and no it didn't hit my spam folder. So I then asked for the email to send an email directly to it with my proof of purchase and did so, but THEY NEVER RESPONDED!So, on top of a dead printer, they have TERRIBLE customer service.Moral of the story - this error is extremely common. If you are using it for sublimation ink (which I was not), be sure you run through the set up to the point where it is supposed to suck in the ink BEFORE you add your ink or you too may end up with a dead hunk of junk as others have reported in the reviews.I will also say this printer is MASSIVE. The footprint is even bigger than my 8 year old HP LaserJet that was an all in one.

So far so good!
So far this printer is working great! I sure hope it lasts as long as my other one. I got it because it does the larger size 11x17 and 13x19 I need for my art! I hear a lot of issue from others. But it was very easy to setup it just took about 2-1/2 hours due to the step by step process. I registered it as well. I like the two sided option. Still learning how to use it. If I print from air print and there Are multiple pages it defaults to two sided so idk why yet. I just need it to keep working for me

Good printer, good value
We are using this printer as a sublimation printer; using sub ink instead of regular ink. We have had no problems whatsoever; it prints very well.
