I've been using these for years and I'm very happy with them. They always arrive on time the quality is very reliable, consistent and effective. They are a good value for the money, They're easy to take and no stomach upset or bad taste. I've tried other brands, but these are by far the best I have found.

I take one of these tablets every day. It helps me sleep better and my muscles don't feel as stiff. It's made a nice difference. The bottle is big and lasts a long time. The pills are a bit large, but I can swallow them with water just fine. Good, basic magnesium. It works well for me.

Necissary but lacking mineral

This is a high-quality magnesium supplement that I've found to be very effective for supporting bone health and promoting a sense of calm. The 500mg potency is exactly what I was looking for, and Nature's Bounty is a brand I trust. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the tablets are quite large and can be a bit challenging to swallow. This might be an issue for some people. Despite the size, the effectiveness and value make this a product I will continue to use and recommend, just with that small caveat.

What I like about magnesium oxide is it works fast to relieve stress and anxiety systems such as fast heart rate, nervousness and sleep disturbances. I like this magnesium it helps me rest at night with no side effects.

Helps with relaxation and daily muscle support. Works well and has'nt caused any discomfort.

Good packaging and easy to open. It has a flip top. I started using this from a recommendation of a nurse. It has helped with my inflammation. I take 1 pill daily. I'm ready to buy my 3rd bottle. Great value.
