Fresh, tasty, large, but not the same type of apricots as pictured
Very fresh, tasty and large in size apricots. Light dried, but not chewy and not sticky to the teeth. The apricot's color is different then shows on listing. It's not bright yellow, but it's a bright orange as regular color of the apricot should have. In Asia growth the special type of apricots that have a neon yellow color and one small hard seed inside which is not eatable. Those apricots as showing on listing have a special purpose of usage. Called ,,URJUK". It's good to add in many dishes, including rice ,,PLOV".The apricots what I received are different from that ,, URJUK" type. It's just a large size regular apricots, but it's good and tasty. I am happy anyway with it. I just feel sorry that I don't get what I think I will get.Looks like the same kind of apricots from the different sellers.

Fibrous, sweet, and reasonably moist
I always like having some dried fruit around the house, and have some almost every day. I've had many varieties - my favorite is probably the half-dried apricots from Nuts.com. Many other varieties I find to have a slight bitterness to them. These, so far as I can tell, have no such flavor. They are sweet, have some nice chew to them, and are reasonably moist, maybe just a little less so than your standard store-bought types. They are also quite large, about the diameter of a ping pong ball or slightly less, so three are enough for a small snack. I have had not complaints about the quality of the product, no clear defects, no issues with freshness, etc.I would recommend these. If you want moist apricots you can go with the half-dried from Nuts.com. If you want something a bit more tart, look for sun-dried California apricots. But if you just want the general dried apricot experience, these are the best way to go.

Highly recommend! Just as described.
I will start off by saying that I don't write a lot of reviews. I have to either really like something, or really dislike something, in order for me to write a review. In this case, I am really impressed with these apricots and had to write about it immediately.I want to make it clear that I have NOT been compensated monetarily or otherwise for my review. I bought and paid for these apricots with my own money and all thoughts are my own. I feel this needs to be said because it is frustrating as a consumer to read misleading reviews on this site when we as consumers are just looking for honest opinions on a product before spending our hard earned cash!I have to admit, even though most of the reviews for this product were favorable, there were quite a few that were not and I was a bit skeptical ordering these. These apricots were sold by TheNewMall and fulfilled by Amazon Prime. The apricots I received from this seller are excellent and just as described. They are plump, flavorful, and quite large. Most of the apricots are larger than a 50 cent piece and a beautiful golden orange color, just like the product image. I have included with this review a picture I took with my phone of the apricots that I received with a quarter for scale.I do A LOT of holiday baking and candy making and I have had lots of different brands of dried fruits over the years. I only believe in buying quality ingredients for baking and candy making and these are quality! They may seem a little pricey but they are so worth the money. I can buy apricots in bulk locally for around $5-$6 a pound but they do not compare to these. These are the best apricots I have had. They are not sticky, nor too sweet. They smell and taste like apricots should. They are plump and tender, not at all leathery or difficult to chew. They will be perfect dipped in chocolate to give as gifts, which is my intended purpose for them. That is, if I don't eat all 3lbs in the next week before Christmas! These arrived very quickly. I ordered them the afternoon of 12/16 and they arrived on my doorstep at 10am 12/17.I highly recommend these Anna and Sarah apricots sold by TheNewMall. They are exactly as described. I couldn't be happier.I also purchased the Anna and Sarah mission figs from TheNewMall too and I am pleased with those too. I will also be writing a review on the figs.

Nature’s Sweet Little Whoopee Cushions
bought a bag of dried apricots thinking I was making a responsible, grown-up snack choice. High in fiber, vitamins, and all that “good for you” jazz. What I didn’t realize was that these innocent orange nuggets double as rocket fuel for the digestive system.Within an hour, I went from “Mmm, healthy snack” to “Houston, we have liftoff.” The farts came in waves—long, melodic, and oddly proud. My cat won’t come near me. By the next morning, my bathroom and I had become very close friends.Final verdict: delicious, effective, and guaranteed to clean out your soul, your intestines, and possibly your social calendar. Five stars. Would eat again… just not on a first date. 🌬️💨🚽

Nice and plump, no oil
Unlike supermarket brands, these aren't coated in oil to make them shiny, and why would they need it? They look fine without it. Yes, there's sulfur dioxide, apparently you just can't do dried apricots without it. These are from Turkey, not China, which means there's a chance, at least, they're not being grown in toxic waste. And this 2 pound bag is a lot cheaper. As to eating, fine, great, no complaints. It's going to take a while to get through this bag, but I'll be a repeat customer. I need the potassium.
