I take this to improve concentration during meditation. My practice has been suffering due to being worn out and I would fall asleep shortly after beginning my sit. Taking this has improved my mental energy so that I don't struggle to stay awake.

Love this product! I'm a multiple sclerosis patient and have trouble focusing and staying on task. This product helps to drastically reduce that and helps me to stay energetically focused on the tasks at hand.This product is not overwhelming like some stimulants and does not seem to cause withdrawal when not taken. I will definitely purchase it again & recommend it to friends & family.

I am very puzzled by Diamond mind and wonder if it is easily influenced by other supplements I take or something I have eaten. Sometimes it seems to work extremely well yielding sharp focus and clarity, but other times I feel very little difference. The difference is so remarkable, I have begun taking detailed notes about what other supplements I have taken (I take many) and what I have eaten. When it works, it works well so I am continuing until I find out the reason for the variability.
