I’m not one to exaggerate but oh my goodness! These actually seem to be working! As a woman who’s on the wrong side of 30, I have noticed that the texture and elasticity of my skin has been worsening in recent years. Purchased this as a skin supplement mainly and within a short period of time I’ve noticed my skin is softer and hydrated in the mornings. I’m prone to breakouts with new skin products and thought I’d try it this way. As I’ve only had the supplement a week I can’t comment yet re nails and hair...but my hair doesn’t seem as oily! Great value and no aftertaste...I think I’ll be back!
