Maisto 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS Yellow 1/18 Diecast Model Car

I do not really know how to start off. I have been a huge Camaro fan since being able to understand cars. I really loved the 2014 model, but when I saw this beauty, I immediately fell I love. So, I decided to get a die cast model of the 2016 Camaro, and "oh, look! There it is!".Once I got the package, which was the next day (with Amazon Prime), I realized just how big it was (note: this is the first die cast model vehicle I have ever owned). It is about the size of a Kleenex Tissue Box (maybe a bit longer and wider). I was worried about the "Colors May Vary" warning, but I guess I got lucky because I got blue, which is my favorite color! The front hood is lift-able (is that even a word?) and so is the trunk. The doors can be opened as well. The wheels have suspension springs in them and the front wheels can turn, which is pretty cool. The inside is VERY detailed, from the back seat to the dashboard and even the pedals. The motor is somewhat detailed, but I'm no expert on motors, so how can I judge? The whole body is made out of die cast, with the exception of the spoiler, which seems to be made out of plastic or something (that is fine by me). The windshield and windows are made from the same plastic as the spoiler, and maybe the wheels too.When you first open the package, you may need a screw driver to unscrew the car from the base, unless you are keeping the Camaro as a model trophie or something like that. In that case, there are sides on the base that can be removed without any tools, or you can just leave it all in the box and add to your vast collection of die cast model vehicles.I guess that is all I can say... This was well worth the price, perhaps worth even more than the price, but don't give maisto any ideas.***I did not receive this product for free nor was I asked to write a review for this product. It came in red with black rims.. I couldn't stop looking at it for the first 10 min. I little fix until I can afford the real one. A real beauty.Update #1 .. DO NOT BUY THEM unless they sell for $13.98. That's the price you'll see if you go to Sam's Club !!!HUGE pile of these MAISTO model cars selling for just $13 after I paid $38 for mine.. fool me once shame on you ...

The item good, but I don't like the blue color.

Very well made. Bought to give to a hospital employee that wanted a new Camaro, She helped me through a very trying time. Pretty cool. I was tempted to get one for myself!

I expected to assemble but was happy to find it was already assembled. Perfect. Looks very nice. Heavy and well made.

Item arrived on time, but was broken several places. Left side mirror was barely hanging on and both mounts for display base were broken off clean, cannot begin to express my dissapointment after having paid so much money.

I love the yellow color I got what I paid for which is cool

Black one seems nice but blue color sent to me and it is not good.
