This stuff has truly proven to be effective. I started using it just after my cleaning and check up. Choose not to review until after the next appointment. So, gums have stopped bleeding teeth are whiter and seem much stronger. On exam a periodontist student checked my mouth said that oral health was excellent. Six months after starting I feel great and no signs of irritation in mouth. They taste great but be careful around small children do to the fact that they taste like candy. My 29 yr old son takes them now as well hoping he gets the same results in the same time frame or faster. Highly recommend using this yummy chewable tablets. (speed of effectiveness 6 mos or less)

But if you combine the Oil blend which I highly recommend it will reduce dry mouth, just shake the bottle gently to mix well, rub on gums, tongue, etc or a few drops in mouthwash after brushing. The dropper opening can drip fast so pour onto your fingers to reduce waste. The blend nearly eliminates the morning gunk in your mouth to help eliminate stinky breath from dry mouth, also can be used as often as you want to without any terrible side effects either. This worked kinda okay for me. It improved my breath when I used it, and it didn’t taste bad. It didn’t work for my intended purpose of getting rid of white tongue. I had to use a different probiotic to further improve my gut health for that. This probiotic didn’t work that great for me, but it may still work for other people.

Got these to improve breath, unsure if they work for that yet as most of the reviews said to give it time. Will report back on that.I will say though that the taste is not great. Some people said it felt like a mint but it tasted worse than a mint. You are instructed to let these dissolve in your mouth with minimal chewing, however they do not dissolve quickly. I had this thing in my mouth for ten minutes yesterday. Today I decided to just chew it mostly because I didn’t have the patience especially with the taste not being so great.

This is not the first time I used this product. Probably the third or fourth bottle. Before I used a different brand of oral prebiotics but this one is more effective (helped get rid of sensitive teeth sensation & I think improved my gum issues as the hygienist at the dentist said my situation improved).

After two days of using this product I developed a sore throat, post nasal drip/scratchy sensation, and patches in the back of my mouth. I also experienced loss of taste. I know it was because of these pills. This product has so many good reviews that I dismissed the poor ones. Big mistake. I’m not allergic to any medication and take digestive probiotics normally. Beware and DONT START OFF with two doses a day as the package suggests… Disappointed and am hoping these negative side effects clear up quickly as I discontinue. Thought I was helping my mouth, but ended up stressing it. Had to throw these in the trash.

Great product for oral health. This product improved my periodontal issues, keeping me from having to visit a periodontist.I have been taking one Fresh Mint tablet consistently every night before bed for over a year. My dentist appointments have been reduced from 3 to 4 cleanings a year to only twice a year. My dental visits show that I have minimal plaque build-up on every visit.I truly believe this product has been a game changer in helping to eliminate my periodontal issues.I have enjoyed the Fresh Mint taste, and recently purchased Strawberry/Vanilla.
